Can I leave money to Fort Williams Park in my will?

Unrestricted bequests may be made by naming "The Fort Williams Charitable Foundation" in your will or other estate planning documents. The Foundation will be happy to work with any donor to seek approval of a worthwhile project.

Are contributions and bequests to the Foundation tax deductible?

The Fort Williams Charitable Foundation has been recognized as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for additional information.
